About Us

Regal Care is a purpose-driven business offering home care services in the Greater Melbourne Region. Our services are available to participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), approved claimants of WorkSafe Victoria and the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), and individuals recovering from recent hospitalizations and anyone who require help at home.
Since 2017, Regal Care has been the preferred provider for many NDIS participants across Melbourne and the reliable home care partner for many others. We are friendly, fast, and focused on our clients.

Our People

Regal Care is owned and managed by professionals from community service, social work, and nursing backgrounds.
The direct service workers are selected through a robust recruitment process which only the best can pass through. This includes knowledge and personality assessments, language proficiency assessments, qualifications check, criminal history check, reference check and industry- fitness checks.

All employees of Regal Care must have:
  • Legal work rights in Victoria
  • Clear police check renewed every 12-36 months.
  • NDIS worker registration
  • Completion of NDIS worker orientation module
Employees are also required to complete a rigorous induction program, supervised shifts, and regular training and developments events. One-to-one mentoring and on-the-job support enable Regal Care workers to ensure that their clients are receiving the best service in Melbourne.

Insurances and Compliance

We hold adequate public liability, professional indemnity and Workcover insurances and meet all compliance requirements of the National Disability Insurance Agency, WorkSafe Victoria, the Transport Accident Commission, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Australian Government Aged Care Quality and Safeguards Commission as well as other state and Federal authorities.
