Regal Care have staff across Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, Brisbane and their respective Local Government Areas. North, West, East, South or around the CBD suburbs, we have qualified and friendly staff that can be at your doorstep to help out!
Regal Care staff encompass Private House Cleaners, Domestic Assistants, Home Support Workers and Gardeners. We take pride in leading a team that are experienced, kind and skilled individuals.

There are 3 ways that to sign up for services, or rather, make a referral.
1) Phone Call
By phoning our office, a friendly representative will be able to help you or a loved one jump on board for support within their home. Our staff are also happy to meet face to face or conduct a virtual meeting online.
2) Email
An email can be sent to hello@regalcare.com.au that states what help is needed, how often it would be needed, what day and time it would occur and where it would occur.
- If making a referral as an NDIS participant or for an NDIS participant, please include the NDIS number and plan end dates as well as how the plan is managed (self, plan or agency).
-If making a referral under TAC or WorkSafe, please include the approval letter received from the case manager, as well as their contact details.

Once we have recieved a referral, we will schedule a time to visit the service location or complete a remote onboarding. We will be requiring some information about the client to understand the health conditions, service requirements and preferences as well as assurance of work health and safety considerations to be in place for our staff to attend. In some cases, we may have to contact your funding provider and confirm availability of funds for the services scheduled.
In most cases, the onboarding is completed within 48 hours. The workers will start attending from the next business day.

Regal Care is a registered NDIS provider. We are also registered with Transport Accident Commission and WorkSafe Victoria. Our services are funded through a variety of arrangements.
Home Care Packages: If you have an eligible Home Care Package, you can use Regal Care either by self-managing your package or through a brokerage arrangement with your current provider. We work with all major Self-manaement platforms and Home Care package providers.
NDIS: We are a registered NDIS provider. We will be claiming the fee for services provided from your NDIS plan.
Transport/ Workplace Accidents or Insurances: Our services will be paid for by your insurance provider or employer. Please speak to us to arrange services.
FAQ #1: What does House Cleaning involve?
House cleaning includes tasks that you’re unable to do or have grown tired of doing – vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting various surfaces, cleaning the bathroom, toilet, kitchen– are just a few tasks our lovely staff are able to do for you. This means you can sit back and relax whilst we tend to your needs! Regal Care can even help clean pesky cobwebs and dirty windows so that you can enjoy the view outside. Duties such as laundry assistance, shopping, or meal preparation are offered by us under ‘Domestic Assistance’.

Example Case Study: Karen is a mother and plan nominee to her child with Autism that is a participant under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) whom is Plan-Managed with MelWest Support. She finds herself cleaning without breaks in between school commutes and appointments. Karen feels very tired and that she’s missing out on time in her personal life and quality time with her child. Karen sent an email with her contact details to Regal Care requesting help with cleaning, her child’s NDIS number, plan end date, and that her child is plan managed with MelWest Support. Regal Care called and completed an onboarding process with Karen. Karen was sent a Service Agreement via email that she replied to stating she agreed. Karen now receives cleaning twice a week that has enabled her to spend more time with her child.

Sometimes in life, household chores can become overwhelming when life moves too fast.
Before you know it, laundry piles up, belongings become harder to find amongst clutter, the fridge is a mess with hidden spoiled goods and it is tiresome to go grocery shopping. Our skilled staff can help you with your laundry, from washing, hanging clothes to dry, ironing and folding; we expect to make your wardrobe sparkle! Regal Care can also help with getting groceries on your behalf so you can put your feet up and rest at home whilst all the work is done for you. Additionally, support with preparing a meal or many for the week can be tailored to suit your food palette! Have comfort knowing that delicious meals are ready for you when you most need it.

Example Case Study: Fiona has Parkinson’s Disease and has a Home Care Package with MyAgedCare. Fiona hasn’t been able to do her laundry nor cook, so she spoke with her brother, Jordan, who is an approved advocate for Fiona. Jordan received permission from Fiona to call Regal Care and arrange for services. Jordan helped create a Care Plan for Fiona over the phone that included help with laundry, getting groceries and cooking healthy meals as soon as possible. Jordan requested the service agreement via email and replied to it agreeing to its terms for Fiona. Regal Care arranged for a worker to help her on the same day of the phone call.
FAQ #1: What does Community Access involve?
Getting out and about can be an overwhelming experience for many. There are various reasons such as physical or mental health related conditions that may make accessing the community to go shopping, go out for adventures, exercise or to appointments a strenuous task. Community access involves a qualified and licensed support worker supporting with companionship or supervision when out and about whilst attending to shopping, appointments or other activities within the community. It can also involve companionship within the home and emotional support with an attentive and kind support worker.

Example Case Study: Irin has limited mobility and is currently doing strength-based exercises with his physiotherapist. Irin has a physical disability and is insured under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and has appointments weekly with his physiotherapist. Irin has also wishes to participate in a few games of lawn bowls during the week as he really enjoys this, but requires company and support to make sure he has help where needed. Irin reached out to Regal Care and completed a referral form through the website and was contacted by a representative. Irin completed the paperwork sent via email at his request. Irin was then able to enjoy the company of the same support worker accompanying him to his appointments with his physiotherapist. Transportation is a service where a Regal Care driver that is licensed with their own registered, road-worthy and insured vehicle is made available to you at an arranged time. Example Case Study: Steph is covered under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) that helps support her Anxiety. She lives in the city and has a doctor appointment every fortnight. She is licensed but finds it difficult to navigate around the city when driving as she finds it stressful when the roads are very busy. Huskar, Steph's son, reached out to Regal Care's Facebook page with his contact details to set up services for Stephanie. Regal Care was able to contact Huskar and Steph and set up a driver so she can attend her appointments, safely and on-time. Personal Care Assistance includes tasks that you may find challenging to perform yourself or require supervision that are oriented around taking care of your body – showering, dressing, grooming, feeding and toileting – are some of the tasks our staff are able to help out with. This also includes assistance with transfers and sponge baths.

Example Case Study: Peter was in a road accident and was approved support with the Transport Accident Commission (TAC). Peter has been recovering from a broken hip and doesn’t feel safe using his bathtub shower in his home. Peter is unfamiliar with technology and didn’t know where to get help. Peter spoke with his Case Manager who put a referral in for support with Regal Care. Regal Care staff completed the paperwork with his Case Manager who contacted Peter to set up a time daily for a support worker to help him shower. The Case Manager forwarded the TAC Approval Letter for Peter and agreed to the Service Agreement that was received via email by replying.
Peter has gained confidence in maintaining his hygiene and feels safe and sound having a reliable, supportive Regal Care staff member by his side that he is familiar with.

Gardening can be quite the difficult task when one does not have the health to do so. It can mean the garden becomes unruly and spending outdoors is not enjoyable.
Gardening with Regal Care means a gardener with their own tools and equipment, can mow the grass, tidy up the edges, prune and trim the garden to perfection!
If there is no green bin available, green waste removal can be arranged.

Example Case Study: Muhammad worked in repairing cars until an accident occurred during work. Muhammad experienced an injured back and was unable to return to work and is covered under WorkSafe. Muhammad has a large garden with hedges that are very overgrown. Muhammad spoke to their case manager and sent in their approval letter for assistance with gardening with Regal Care. The gardener from Regal Care provided support for one a month for the duration of the dates of approval from WorkSafe.
