Prior to commencing services, Regal Care consults the service user to better understand service requirements, tasks to be completed, preferred day and times, worker preferences and many other things involving the service requested.
This provides our users with the freedom of choice in how they would like services to be delivered.
Regal Care will also create a service agreement that conducts necessary safety and funding checks to ensure services are provided in a safe and sustainable manner.
